This Shelter Took Its Dogs To a PhotoBooth To Get Them Adopted – And It Worked!

If you’ve ever worked, volunteered, or even visited an animal shelter, you know the hopefulness that gleams in almost every dog’s eye. Unfortunately most of the public never sees the shelter pets hoping for adoption, and in effect, over 2.7 million are euthanized every year (in the United States).

In effort to help lessen this saddening statistic, an animal rescue and adoption organization based in Utah, U.S. came up with an incredible idea!

To showcase how just how loveable and adorable these adoption-ready pets really are, they hired professional photographer Guinnevere Shuster to set up a clever pup-photoshoot in the hopes that they might help the furry canines get adopted.

And guess what? The photobooth shooting was a huge success, with all the dogs displayed before you quickly getting adopted into new homes.

This is definitely a creative way to draw attention to homeless animals, and its success may even inspire other shelters to follow suit!
