Cancer symptoms vary and not all melanomas develop from moles, it is always advised to consult your doctor. It is also more common for melanomas to develop in skin areas exposed to the sun, but can develop it as well in areas hidden from the sun. So any part of the body – soles of feet, palms of hands, in between toes, eyes, and even genitals can be affected.
