In Memory Of Sobibor And Those Who Suffered

It’s been over 70 years since Sobibor last closed its doors to the atrocities of the Holocaust. And while the Nazis had hoped that they could hide it away from the world, its discovery and all that was in its confines needed to get out and be told. If not just to know about it, but to also remember those who lost their lives and the lives of their loved ones in this harrowing place.

Never Forget

Just like the other concentration camps that speak of years of terror, injustice and suffering, Sobibor’s discovery has been considered an achievement to many. One of the few survivors of the death camp, Philip Bialowitz shared, “This is a victory – not only for us survivors, but for humanity.” And we couldn’t agree more.
