Unacceptable

Jaimie’s family, along with the family’s surrounding community, was so incredibly conservative that the LGBT groups were never, ever discussed. It would seem that they were persona non grata, and the idea of who they were or what they stood for had no meaning or importance in Jaimie’s world.

Nobody Knew

But the problem was, this was exactly the group of people whom Jaimie felt he belonged to. Growing up, it was incredibly hard for him since he couldn’t tell anyone his true identity. But as Jaimie got older, he could no longer keep who he truly was a secret. He just had to figure out how he would finally come out to tell his truth.
