It’s amazing to think how many people out there are willing to be your friend when they know that you have money to spend. Apparently, friendship does have a price. Marva Wilson collected $2 million after winning a Missouri lottery. Freya Pearson offered her time teach her how to do her taxes and put a lien on her house. Finally, Marva had an ally. Little did she realize that Freya was simply out there to drain her bank account. She had planned to invest on a house and send her grandkids to school. Freya had other plans and was sentenced to five years in prison for money for fraud, money laundering, and tax evasion. Unfortunately for the winner, she didn’t get a single penny back.
