Prosecution was able to also expose one of Alcala’s worst crimes against a 27-year old girl named Georgia Wixted. Apparently, according to Prosecutor Murphy, “He [Alcala] followed her home. He crawled into her window and he absolutely brutalized her.” And although her body was found on December 16, 1977, her murder was only brought to justice 33 years later.
