Marina Piro is an avid traveler who seeks to live life to the fullest. However, the Italian resident knows that exploring new countries and climates is best when one is joined by a companion. For this reason, the UK resident has been venturing to new locations with her rescue labradoodle rescue dog, Odie.
After researching how to renovate an old van, the adventurer restored a 5-door 2001 Renault Kangoo into a cozy abode all by herself. The comfortable space is now outfitted with a bed, curtains, kitchenette, some LED lights and even some car plants, relays Design You Trust.
The adventurer wrote on her website:
“The main reason why I chose to be travelling by van was that I wanted to have Odie with me. A van seemed the most viable option. Too many bus, train, plane companies do not accept dogs, not to mention the difficulties you might have to find a suitable accommodation. Despite being the most practical solution, van life with a dog can be difficult at times and you must consider various aspects of it before throwing yourself into it.”
Keep up with the pair’s journey by following their travels on Instagram.
