[Watch]: 12,000 Christmas Acts Of Kindness In 24 Hours

We don’t usually like Christmas marketing ploys by big companies, but this feel-good video could be an exception to the rule. WestJet’s festive commercial features a ton of random acts of kindness which are guaranteed to make you smile.

A team sets out on a worldwide mission to raise people’s spirits in time for Christmas, providing ‘12,000 miracles in 24 hours’. They gift everything from coconuts and sunglasses to toys for rescue dogs and food for the homeless in cities all over the globe: London, New York, Jamaica, Ontario, Hawaii and many more.

All of this was made possible by ordinary people who responded to WestJet’s challenge to conduct as many random acts of kindness as possible in just one day.

Some are small gestures, like picking up a food tab in an airport restaurant or giving teddy bears to kids. Other gifts include Broadway tickets for two elderly ladies, Christmas food for a family in need, and a trip to Disneyland for some kids who lost their Dad.

Whether or not you buy into corporate Christmas commercials, there’s no doubt that those spreading cheer and those receiving gifts are genuine people.

With that in mind, let us know your thoughts below and please share this uplifting video!
