Boxing star and current world heavyweight champion Tyson Fury was under fire as of late for some comments he made in a video on YouTube – a clip that overshadowed the accomplishments he made in the ring that includes a nomination for the BBC Sports Personality of the Year, an unbeaten streak of 25 fights, and the billing of the guy who put an end to Wladimir Klitschko’s almost ten-year reign as champion – all in a span of 57 minutes.

This sort of controversy isn’t new to Fury. Apparently, boxing’s new heavyweight champion is an outspoken one, so much so that he was billed as a Bible-thumping bigot in an article on the New York Post that saw him being quoted as saying:

”There are only three things that need to be accomplished before the devil comes home: one of them is homosexuality being legal in countries, one of them is abortion and the other one’s pedophilia. Who would have thought in the ’50s and ’60s that those first two would be legalized?”

While the boxer would love to let everybody know how strong his faith is, the way he has been making all these damaging comments promote otherwise. And with the recent mess that he once again found himself in, it looks like he has yet to learn his lesson.

In a 57-minute long YouTube clip, Tyson Fury went on a tirade, tackling on some pretty controversial issues, one of which involves transgender individuals – to which Fury said, ”It’s like you’re a freak of nature if you’re normal, you’re the odd one out nobody else. What’s normal? I’ll just get myself changed into a woman, that’s normal isn’t it today? Call myself Tysina or something like that, put a wig on. I don’t think it’s normal. I think they’re freaks of nature.”

Fury also has a very unique view on women – to which he said how ”women are even taking overnight bags out with them, so they are going out just to get laid. They are taking their overnight bags because they know they are going to pull somebody and get at it that night. Filth, pure filth.”

Jews were not spared from Tyson’s fury either. In the same YouTube clip, the boxer said, ”Everyone just do what you can, listen to the Government, follow everybody like sheep, be brainwashed by all the Zionist, Jewish people who own all the banks, all the papers all the TV stations. Be brainwashed by them all. You’re all going to heaven – oh, sorry, there isn’t a heaven in a modern day world. So just crack on.”

As expected, Fury has publicly apologized for the recent remarks he made online.

I said some things which may have hurt some people – which as a Christian man is not something I would ever want to do,” the world heavyweight champion said. ”I apologize to anyone who may have taken offense at any of my comments.

But the damage has been done.
