This Artist’s Nature-Themed Masterpieces Will Inspire You To Get Outdoors

I would like to show through my paintings the possible balance that can be [fulfilled] between us and nature, which can’t be told with [a] thousand words.”

Most human beings act as if they are above nature and all other beings on the planet. This is a poor attitude, one that will usually attract humbling situations, as humans – like other beasts – are part of nature and must live in balance with that which is found outdoors to truly thrive. This is the point artist Vivien Szaniszlo seeks to make and does so through her nature-themed masterpieces.

Szaniszlo shared 15 of her colorful works of art on Bored Panda, writing:

“We are a part of nature and not lords of the world, but unfortunately, people often forget this thing. Every minute, we can admire our planet, the sunshine, the sea, ocean, all of animals, and everything what makes our lives happy. I think we have to respect the force of nature, we have to be proud and thankful that we can see many colors and kinds of creatures. This harmony is very fragile.”

She notes that years ago, people believed in the phenomena of nature, including Gods. Nowadays, however, people are obsessed with the material objects they possess rather than the magical that can be found within and in nature. “And mankind thinks they are Gods,” she writes.

“I would like to make everyone feel that the connection is so important between us and nature. We belong to the Soul of Earth, not conversely. We have to learn more and more how can we save the planet, how can we be part of it. I would like to show through my paintings the possible balance that can be [fulfilled] between us and nature, which can’t be told with thousand words.”
