Jill Ann’s case was known to many, not only because of the fact that it remains unsolved, but also because she was sort of famous in the Hollywood scene. Author T. Kevin wrote a book called “Headless Man In Topless Bar,” which looks into 725 criminal deaths related directly to strip clubs and the like. He even wrote about how Jill Ann’s body was found in a lot where prostitutes were known to hang out.

After Jill Ann’s death, sister Julie explains that their family was never the same. She says, “My parents became so dysfunctional after Jill’s death. I believe they never recovered enough to go on. It’s been really hard.” She even went on to say that, as the years past, her mom had a stroke and was in the hospital for a long time before she died. Their dad, on the other hand, couldn’t get over his wife’s death and become so deeply depressed. He died 4 years after her.
