Every parent has a common wish for their children – that he or she be with the right kind of crowd. Of course, not everyone gets what he or she wants. Some get mixed with the wrong group of friends. These young ones lose their way eventually. The lucky ones get a chance to rebuild their lives and start anew. Others, unfortunately, don’t change soon enough. And the unluckiest ones end up losing their lives.
This is the story of Lizette Andrea Cuesta, a lovely girl who was loved by her friends and family. Sadly, she met the wrong people.
Growing Up
Cuesta’s father, Ray, always thought that his little girl was made from tough material. She was a strong woman who was into skateboarding and had a bright future ahead of her. Then, she met Daniel Gross, 19, and Melissa Leonardo, 25. It seemed innocent enough at first. They all worked together at a Carl’s Jr. branch in Tracy, San Francisco.
