Pleading For His Dad’s Sentence

But for Julian, despite the idea of being reunited with his mom, he was highly concerned about the man whom he loved and had raised him alone for the past 13 years. During Bobby’s trial, Julian’s sentiments were basically that ‘Being raised without a mother was painful, but jailing his father is doing the same thing all over again.’ He even asked the judge not to send his dad to jail, but obviously that wouldn’t happen.

Finding Him Guilty

Sadly for the father-son duo, on March 15, Bobby would ‘plead guilty to two counts of kidnapping, two counts of interference with custody, one count of forgery and 10 counts of tampering with records.’ He was given 4 years in prison, and worse than that, he wasn’t allowed to see or speak to his son. Bobby was grief-stricken, crying and saying sorry for the crimes that he committed. He explained that he had done it because “Julian was the most important person in my life.”
