Photographer Bo Le, who is based in South Australia, has captured photographs of his coastal home in a way you’ve probably never seen before. For his series SA from Above, Le used a drone to capture the diverse beauty of his surroundings from a birds-eye view.
Le lists “the raw beauty of nature, the spirit of adventure and an insatiable drive to explore the horizons beyond ordinary” as his muses. And, because he lives in such a breathtaking location, he feels compelled to capture it for others to enjoy.
MyModernMet reports that the aerial photography expert has a special penchant for the “wilderness,” and loves capturing crystal clear water, rocky shores and colorful forests in his images.
“Let it be the urban splendor of the modern cities of SA or the magnificent charms of the rocky outcrops bordering the surf filled beaches,” he says on his website, “nothing has escaped the stretch of my eye for timeless moments.”
Le slightly adjusts the orientation and composition of the images to ensure they match the majesty of what is rendered in his head. In one word, the final outcome is breathtaking.
