If there’s one thing all people can agree on, it’s likely that plastic has overtaken every aspect of our lives. From water bottles to the wrapping of new devices, it is a non-biodegradable material that unfortunately ends up most in oceans or landfills.

In fact, 6.4 million tons of plastic are estimated to find their way into the ocean every year. And from entanglement to ingestion, its sea animals suffering most as a result of our obsession with plastic and reluctance to switch to reusables.
