Powerful Ad Campaign Reminds Not To Measure A Woman’s Worth By Her Clothes

Created for Terre Des Femmes, a Swiss human rights organization focused on gender equality and feminism, the brilliant ad campaign below reminds us all that the worth of a woman should never be measured by something like the neckline of her blouse, the height of her heels, or the length or her skirt.

While some view heels of a certain height or skirts above a certain length to be a sign that the wearer is promiscuous, the “measuring sticks”  only show how absurd these measurements really are when removed from their context. Regardless of what you think about someone’s clothes, the person wearing them is still a person, and needs to be treated as such.

The set was brilliantly created by Theresa Wlokka (art director), Friday Regeheim (copywriter), and other students at the Miami Ad School in Hamburg, Germany.
