Regardless of your feelings for Donald Trump, you have to admit that the business tycoon certainly knows how to bring people together… even if it’s to prevent him from becoming POTUS.

Overwhelmed by the Republican presidential nominee’s sexist, bigoted, and racist tendencies, a number of famous actors and celebrities have teamed up with legendary Joss Whedon on a new campaign to encourage Americans to vote for Hillary Clinton.

Whedon’s “short-form digital production company”, Save the Day, was set up to help fight “the apathy, cynicism and honest confusion that keeps citizens from using their vote,” reports Junkee.com. And the video featuring the likes of Scarlett Johansson, Mark Ruffalo, and even Robert Downey Jr. does exactly that.

Whedon, the man behind Firefly, Buffy, and The Avengers, invested $1 million of his own money to produce the video. He also recruited a number of his Hollywood friends to take part in the powerful/humorous short film.

Titled Important, the video sends a clear message that Americans have a responsibility to vote in the upcoming election. The script throws in a hilarious plot twist toward the end (“Mark Ruffalo will do a nude scene in his next movie” if Donald Trump is not elected) and inspires the viewer to seriously contemplate who they’ll vote for in November.

“You only get this many famous people together if the issue is one that truly matters to all of us,” declare the participating celebrities. “A disease,” suggests Scarlett Johansson, “or an ecological crisis,” adds Clark Gregg. “Or a racist, abusive coward who could permanently damage the fabric of our society,” says Don Cheadle.

Don’t let us down, America.
