If you met Donald Trump, the presidential contender for the Republican party, in person, what would you say to him? The question isn’t any easy one. Having offended ethnic minorities, females, and people with disabilities multiple times, there are many who would be inclined to express their distaste for his ethics while using a few swear words.
Jennifer Lawrence is one of them. The starlet of The Hunger Games and X-Men recently relayed during an interview the two choice words she’d tell the business tycoon if she ever had the misfortune of meeting him. Keep in mind, The Graham Norton Show is based in the UK, therefore, doesn’t have the strict regulations against language that the United States does.
When asked if she had ever met Trump, Lawrence explained that she hadn’t, but he was at the same concert she was attending. She explained:
“I was at a concert where I heard he was attending, so I had my full security team, like I was like “find Donald Trump”. I was adamant on finding him and making a video of me going “hey Trump, f**k you!”’
She also displayed what hand gesture she’d flash his way, which included the middle finger.
Metro relays that the two-time Oscar winner was raised a Republican, but has since stopped supporting the party because of their treatment of women’s rights. She said:
“I was raised a Republican, but I just can’t imagine supporting a party that doesn’t support women’s basic rights,’ she told Vogue after publicly calling out the gender pay gap in Hollywood.”
JLaw also explained what would happen if Trump took over the White House.
“My view on the election is pretty cut-and-dried,” the actor said. “If Donald Trump is president of the United States, it will be the end of the world.”
Her statement is one many can agree with.
