One of the other symptoms of the Norovirus is having a mild or severe headache due to the onslaught of the virus in your system. The headache can be a slow dull pain that continuously gets stronger, or it may come on swiftly, many times due to the lack of the fluids that you are unable to keep down if you have been struck by persistent vomiting and diarrhea. Try taking a pain reliever to help, and better yet, sleep, so that your body can attempt to recover as soon as possible.
