WHAT STARTED OUT AS A GOOD DAY
Vyacheslav Karpjuk took his family out one day to cycle along the River Irtysch on May 31, 2017. All three kids were with him. They had fun, too much one might say, and Karpjuk decided to call it a day. After all, the girls were tired and his wife still needed to take care of the baby. It had been quite a fun day and it was time that they go home and rest. He thought that was it. He was obviously mistaken.
