Jacque and Clay Waller’s marriage was, in no means, a happy one. In fact, the union was riddled with abuse and violence. After having triplets and feeling the need to provide her kids with a safer environment, Jacque finally gathered enough courage to walk away. She wanted to be as far away from Clay as possible. And at first, it seemed okay. She had left home, had her kids with her, and had started to rebuild her life. In fact, she eventually met a man whom she felt was the right one for her. But as they say, the past always catches up with you, and this is exactly what happened to the abused mom.

Yes, Jacque had finally found love and had a second chance to a better life. She still kept in touch with Clay for the kids and had been supporting him financially. She even bought him his meds. But for her ex, this wasn’t what he had in mind. So, he hatched another plan, one that would involve ending her life.
