Killers often operate at night. However, this one may not be your everyday, run-of-the-mill murderer. He took a woman’s life in broad daylight. He had the guts to do this and maybe with good reason, too. The victim’s family fought for justice and they did their best to find the killer as quickly and as efficiently as possible. Even with the limited resources back then, no one expected the search to last too long.
