Russell Yates was married to his high school sweetheart and had two very young daughters. Kimberly was 3 and Kelly was 10 months when they disappeared from his home in Warwick, Rhode Island. He and his wife, Elaine, had a horrible argument a few weeks before, but he never thought that his beloved wife would take his children and run.
And 30 years later, while he was still searching for them, he finally got some answers.
Pilgrim High School
Russell and Elaine Yates had gotten married both while they were at the tender age of 18. They had been high school sweethearts, having studied at the Pilgrim High School in Warwick, Rhode Island. Russell was also with Elaine’s brother in the Vietnam War, but sadly, while Russell survived, Elaine’s brother had not. And he brought her brother’s body back home to her family when their tour was done.
