Michael Devlin was born on November 19, 1965 and had been quickly adopted as an infant. He had two sisters and three adopted brothers, and growing up in Webster Groves, Missouri was a happy experience. Although Devlin’s family life was generally pleasant, he was always known to be a bit of a loner, keeping to himself most of the time.
