The video above explains that to ripen a rock-hard avocado in 20 minutes, you need to do the following:
- Wrap the avocado in tin foil.
- Cook the fruit for 10 minutes at 90 degrees Celsius or about 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Next, allow the avocado to chill in the fridge for another 10 minutes.
- And that’s it! Your avocado should be ready to eat!
