Being homeless and having a disability is no joke. But when one man decided to take advantage of others by pretending to be living on the streets, it would be no laughing matter. Gary Hank Thompson managed to not only make kind citizens in various cities hand him over thousands of dollars, he made them believe that he was handicapped and mentally disabled too.
Thankfully, someone caught on to his fabricated ways, and now he needs to answer for his horrible scams.
