Sometimes life throws curveballs and sometimes it throws screwballs. But in the case of one innocent 7-year old girl, she was going to get a major shock when she would find something quite harrowing in her home basement. Her parents, who were separated for a while, still lived in the same house, which might have been the horrible reason why this all happened.

Moving To Kansas
Melissa Byers probably thought that she and her husband, Benjamin, would be together forever. In 2009, Melissa moved her life to Northeast Kansas City in Missouri to begin a new life.
