Utterly Exhausted, She Could Hardly Go On. But They Wouldn’t Let Her Quit.

While being a part of the army takes an incredible amount of determination, it also takes strength, resilience and an immense quantity of sheer will. One particular military personnel was working on getting her Expert Field Medical Badge, which is considered one of the hardest awards to receive, a test she almost failed to complete with just 5 feet left to go due to exhaustion. Amazingly, her colleagues not only cheered her on, but made sure to truly see her through until the very end.

Here is another perfect example of how the military will always honor their motto, “leave no man behind.”

29-year old Veterinarian and Army Captain Sarah Cudd serves under the Public Health Command in Ford Knox, Kentucky, and had already been a part of the army for 5 years.
