Thomas Karna knows what it’s like to be different. Born with a congenital defect and diagnosed with autism at a young age, he had always spent a portion of his life feeling like the odd kid out. So when his 10th birthday was right around the corner and only 3 of his classmates RSVP’d, his mom’s best friend did the unimaginable and managed to get 300 bikers to attend Thomas’s special day.

Thomas William Edward Karna from Wisconsin was born to his mother, Miranda, under difficult circumstances. Sadly, he was born with a defect known as congenital diaphragmatic hernia, otherwise known as CDH.
