After learning that basketball superstar LeBron James had developed special handshakes with all of his teammates to build moral, 5th-grade literacy teacher Barry White Jr. decided to do the same – but with his students.
The teacher, who works at Ashley Park Elementary School in North Carolina, developed 40 unique handshake combinations with each of his students. Not only does the practice sound cool, it looks even neater when the entire line-up of handshakes between students and education professional is performed.
Knowing a variety of ‘secret’ handshakes likely helps each student know they are special, given the effort their teacher must have put in to learn each combination. Watch the video below!
