Watch out, Google. Tesla might soon become the coolest company to work for in the U.S. This is due to the fact that the CEO of the eco-friendly car company, Elon Musk, recently revealed his plan in a company-wide email to install an electric roller coaster on the Tesla campus, as well as free yogurt stands.

According to TechCrunch, the announcement occurred shortly after an employee detailed what it’s like to work for Tesla on Medium. Jose Moran, in the opinion piece entitled “Time for Tesla to Listen,” revealed that it’s not uncommon for employees to work 60-70 hour weeks and receive hourly wages lower than those earned by other workers in the automotive industry. Moran noted that Tesla employees were considering unionizing and had already contacted the labor union United Auto Workers (UAW). The disgruntled employee also made sure to mention that he believes in Tesla’s vision but believes aspects could be improved.

Without missing a beat, Musk whipped up the idea for the electric-powered roller coaster and sent out the company-wide email. The CEO wrote that he is concerned about the mention of the UAW, as the union favors large car companies and doesn’t share the same values as Tesla. Musk also accused UAW of employing disingenuous tactics.

In his email, Musk also stated that Tesla awards employees shares and offers workers the opportunity to buy stock at lower prices than ordinary citizens. No other car companies do the same. Addressing work hours, Musk elaborated on changes that will be made to reduce overtime hours, such as adding a third shift so employees get more time off.

The most interesting part was the promise to install a unique roller coaster on campus, as well as free yogurt stands. Musk wrote:

“There will also be little things that come along like free frozen yogurt stands scattered around the factory and my personal favorite: a Tesla electric pod car roller coaster (with an optional loop the loop route, of course!) that will allow fast and fun travel throughout our Fremont campus, dipping in and out of the factory and connecting all the parking lots. It’s going to get crazy good.”

To offer a further incentive to employees, Musk also proposed a few changes that will likely take place when Tesla begins to turn a larger profit. For example, when the Model 3 attains volume production, Tesla will host a “really amazing party.”
