Statistics quote that the average individual will gain about 4 pounds from one Christmas dinner (and take 3 months to lose it), therefore, it should be a high priority to seek healthy alternatives to curb weight gain and beneficially impact your health.

One such recipe that is drastically reduced in fat, calories, and sugar – but is still tasty and even nutritious – follows. The vegan apple crisp is simple to make, smells sweetly of fruit sugars and cinnamon, and is a joy that can be enjoyed while celebrating the festivities.

Curb the negative effects traditional Christmas dinners may cause and share this Earth-friendly recipe with those you love.
