No one really gave Donald Trump much thought until he decided to run for President of the United States. It was after he showed the world how racist, sexist, and judgmental he is that angered citizens began seeking out ways to ruin his campaign and credibility.
One of the ways outraged activists have been satiated is by defacing his ‘Walk of Fame’ star in Hollywood. And, because people keep defacing the memorial, the Hollywood Historic Trust is considering removing it from the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Said Leron Gubler, Hollywood Chamber of Commerce president and CEO:
“Once a star has been added to the Walk, it is considered a part of the historic fabric of the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Because of this, we have never removed a star from the Walk.”
But because it continues to be vandalized, through spray paint and by excrement and urine, the City of Los Angeles is prepared to take action.

As you can see below, one activist spray-painted the mute symbol over his name to send a clear message about Trump’s hateful rhetoric.

Another spray-painted a swastika over the star, obviously drawing parallels between Donald Trump and fascist Adolf Hitler. However, as one Twitter user pointed out, it’s hard to tell if the symbol is a criticism or a vote of confidence, as Trump is very popular among hate groups.

A service dog even expressed its distaste for the Republican presidential contender by releasing its bowels over the star. In the photo, the dog looks quite pleased with itself.

Outraged humans have also been proudly posting pictures of themselves spitting and urinating on Trump’s star.

While hate is not a sustainable – nor a respectable – way to react to fear-mongering and prejudice, frustrated citizens are sending a clear message by way of their actions.
According to USUncut, Trump would be the first star to ever be removed from the Walk of Fame. Even Bill Cosby was allowed to keep his after the infamous rape allegations.
If the acts of vandalism persist, his star will be ripped from Hollywood Boulevard, as it is no longer a memorial of admiration but hate.
