Arthur Duperrault, an optometrist from Greey Bay, Wisconsin, always dreamed of traveling on a chartered yacht with his family. It was a dream that was finally going to come true. On November 8, 1961, Arthur and his family were heading to a tropical getaway on a yacht called the Bluebelle.
