Banksy, the famous British street artist, is back again and this time, he’s unveiled a new project that fans can actually visit and stay in. It’s called “The Walled Off Hotel,” and without a doubt, it has the worst views ever. That’s because the hotel is located in Bethlehem, Palestine, where the windows of rooms overlook the controversial wall that separates the West Bank from Israel.

The extraordinary hotel will open on March 11 and has plenty to offer tourists. The nine budget rooms, for example, are outfitted with surplus items from an Israeli military barracks and the Presidential suite has a luxurious plunge bath. A roof garden, home cinema and a handful of other lavish offerings, such as a pottery workshop, will also be available. Beds start at just $30 a night. Reportedly, a few different artists were commissioned to paint thought-provoking murals in some of the rooms.

According to the Banksy website, the artist and his team have spent 14 months establishing the hotel and decorating it with murals, paintings, and numerous installations.

“[It’s] a three-storey cure for fanaticism, with limited car parking,” stated the anonymous activist.
