Many families will be unable to afford a luxurious Thanksgiving feast this year, but at least 150 in Pennsylvania will have more than enough food thanks to one mysterious donor. Every year, an anonymous man and his helpers purchase turkeys and other Thanksgiving staples for individuals down on their luck. This year, the activist paid for and donated enough food to feed one hundred and fifty families.

FOX News relays that the unnamed man paid for $22,000 worth of groceries to feed families during the upcoming holiday. It’s been eight years since the tradition began. In 2008, the anonymous individual and his company employees skipped holiday work to feed 30 families in Ambler, Pennsylvania. In the years since, that number has steadily increased, hence his generous donation of over twenty thousand dollars in 2016.

The video below shares that the meals were brought to the Wissahickon Fire Company for the Kelly Anne Dolan Memorial Fund. GoodNewsNetwork relays that the organization distributes groceries to families who are caring for sick children.

Some of the groceries also went to clients of social workers, who will now be able to eat at home instead of needing to go to a soup kitchen on Thanksgiving. Groceries were also sent to parents and their children who have ties with CHOP, St. Christopher’s Hospital and A.I. duPont Hospital in Wilmington.
