Murder is a nasty thing, more so when it’s premeditated. In the case of killer Alyssa Bustamante, it was even worse because horribly, she was just a child. Alyssa was just a 15-year old teen who brutally killed a 9-year old, all because she wanted to ‘know what it felt like.’
And while her victim’s family will never get their beloved daughter back again, Alyssa may still be allowed to one day walk free.

Alyssa Bustamante was a girl from St. Martins, Missouri with twin younger brothers, born to parents that were highly problematic. Alyssa’s mom was just a teenager herself when she had her, and she was known to have a drug addiction, getting caught with illegal substances, which eventually led her to abandon her kids. Alyssa’s father, on the other hand, wasn’t much better either. He too, would end up ending up in jail for assault charges, leaving their kids basically orphaned.
